The Subway Update and Support Program takes care of everything POS related for you. The purpose of the program is to give you peace of mind in knowing that your POS system is always up to date and being looked after. You will no longer have to worry about if you are setting things up correctly or having to either make time for yourself or your staff to worry about the updates. The morning a new window period begins you can rest easy knowing that your system will have already been updated before your staff has even arrived to work.
Subway Update and Support Program Includes:
- POS updates for new promotions
- Inventory item changes
- Discount changes
- Pricing changes*
- System software updates every 3 months
- System hardware check every 6 months
- System tune-up every 6 months
* Small pricing changes will be included. If you would like to change the majority or all of your pricing it will be invoiced at $50/hour.
The cost for the Menu Update Program is just $50 for each promotional window period. We usually have 9 promotional window periods each year so the cost is just $450 a year per store.
